Lynsey Lorrance
In her 4+ years at HelloFresh Lynsey has built the UK Customer Insights team and now leads a combination of market research and product analytics.
Her research work focuses on providing the customer and data-driven lens to strategy and everyday decision making, particularly when it comes to developing the best HelloFresh product.
Lynsey also shares incling’s passion for insight communities – having first worked with the incling team on Christmas communities while working in strategy & insight for a department store client several years ago.
