I am a Solutions Consultant with 10+ years’ experience working in SaaS technology and Experience Improvement. Working with some of the world’s biggest brands, I have delivered large scale, multi market projects in both the public and private sector. Having previously enjoyed working in InMoment’s Customer Success team, in my current role as a Solution Consultant, I support sales productivity as the functional and technical expert to assess prospects’ business needs and then to design, scope and educate prospects on InMoment’s solutions to address their requirements. I am passionate about delivering business improvements, not only in the short term but also ensuring that client needs are met for the lifetime of their programmes.
