Over the course of 10 years as a member of Recollective’s team he’s collaborated with thousands of researchers across the globe, shaping the part that evolving technology has played in their work.
As an impassioned advocate for the resounding versatility of community-supported approaches in qualitative research, Dana’s aim is to help fellow researchers showcase and advance their expertise and innovation through technology.
In his current role as VP, Business Insight, he combines past experience as a Research Analyst with years of experience collaborating with Recollective’s users to make certain that customer advocacy and experience is central to decision making.
