Stefanie previously held roles with Starbucks as Lead Manager, Global Research & Analytics; and with retailer Marks & Spencer as Insight Delivery Lead for CX and Brand Marketing.
She began her career in research roles for agencies Quadrangle and Ipsos, working in the UK and the Middle East – where she also led her own boutique marketing research agency in Doha, Intelligence Qatar.
