DeepSights serves as a centralized hub for consumer insights, market research, and data, handling both unstructured content, such as PowerPoint presentations and PDFs, and structured data from enterprise databases like Snowflake and Databricks. A key feature is its ability to interpret visual data, including charts, tables, and infographics embedded within documents – previously reliant on manual interpretation.
The platform offers three search modalities to meet diverse user needs: a direct document search for precise queries; a topic-based search for broader exploration; and an AI-powered synthesis that compiles information from multiple sources.
DeepSights integrates with enterprise systems through APIs, allowing seamless data importing and exporting. Agencies can deliver research findings directly via the platform. Basic implementation is designed to be efficient, with setups achievable within 72 hours.
Adaptable to different organisational needs, DeepSights is particularly beneficial once content volume surpasses manual management thresholds. Recent updates enable integration with structured databases, incorporating quantitative data such as sales figures, brand tracking metrics, and survey responses.

DeepSights features a chat-based advisor that enables users to engage with insights through natural conversation while ensuring responses remain grounded in verified sources. Using RAG (retrieval augmented generation) methodology, it minimises AI “hallucinations” and inaccuracies, reinforcing the reliability of its outputs.
The platform also helps users navigate data interpretation by flagging inconsistencies between sources and identifying gaps in data coverage, such as geographic or demographic limitations. Users can refine their analyses by selecting which sources to include, and maintaining oversight of the research process.
Future developments include AI agents that proactively scan research repositories, identifying trends, gaps, and opportunities without requiring direct user input.
