I've heard horror stories about old-school 'coding' from professors when they had to highlight, cut out, making piles, and sort through quotes to develop themes. Delve's platform made coding simple and I was easily able to navigate the tools.

I love that it is web-based and easy to use. I needed software to assist me in coding my interview for my dissertation. I saw a free tutorial on how to code using various methods. I became sold on the product from the video though it was not being overtly pushed. It addressed what I needed in a reasonably priced package. The customer service & follow up are top notch.

Delve helped me to organize and code qualitative research for my doctoral dissertation. It was very easy to use and intuitive in its use. The tools I used took me from organizing my transcripts to first and second-round coding through thematic analysis. Whenever I had a question, I immediately received a response. Delve's cost allows it to be accessible for everyone, especially for students. I have recommended Delve to other colleagues as well. I would use Delve again. It is easy for the first-time user or someone who has more experience.
