I’m defining the CX Feedback category as platforms whose primary use case includes:
- gathering data through on-going surveys, frequently event-triggered
- reporting and analysing through online dashboards
- following up on specific cases with closed-loop features.
Many other tools do some of this, and include customer experience management as a use case:
- survey software like Survicate and SurveyGizmo
- user feedback tools like Usabilla and Mopinion
- CX analytics platforms like Chattermill and Opinyin
- optimisation and digital analytics tools like Clicktale.
