Darren Till
Darren Till is a qual and quant researcher with extensive experience working across a range of sectors, including: FMCG, education, charity, tech, retail, finance, media, and telco.
Within these sectors, he’s worked on a diverse range of projects such as: event evaluation, customer experience journeys, testing (proposition, ads, comms, product), and category/store evaluations, to name a few.
He has a passion for understanding the customer and their needs, and I am able to work with a range of clients and stakeholders to help them influence decision-makers and achieve their aims.
As a mixed methods researcher, he enjoys merging both data streams in order to tell compelling stories, delivering actionable recommendations based on business and research objectives.
Recent expertise has focused on the digital space: online qual, video ethnography, and creating engaging quant tasks.
