In Jess’ 20 years of experience in the marketing research industry, she has gained a deep expertise and intense passion for all things “growth.”
This includes consulting with clients on how to grow their business through innovation, brand building, and portfolio management; deploying commercial strategies that maximize the growth of her own organizations; and developing some of the most successful talent in the industry.
She joined Dig Insights as Chief Revenue Officer in July 2023, after leadership roles at GutCheck (acquired by Toluna), Affinnova (acquired by Nielsen IQ/BASES), Designalytics, and InsightsNow.
Self-described as a “researcher with the sales gene”, Jess is motivated by Dig’s vision of bringing together quantitative and qualitative consumer insights, data science, consulting and technology to help enterprise companies uncover new opportunities to drive growth in mature categories.
