Rebecca West is Global President, Research Services Group, for Civicom®, and a member of the company’s Board of Directors. An industry leader in combining professional services with technology, Rebecca continues her role in heading research services after establishing the company’s marketing research services practice and leading it for over 20 years.

Civicom® Marketing Research Services is a global leader in Digital Qual, with 25 years of expertise in facilitating online and in-person IDIs and focus groups worldwide. We’ve developed Quillit ®, the most trusted and accurate research assistant and toolbox for qualitative research analysis and report writing, designed to eliminate the tedious and mundane aspects of creating research reports. Services also include recruiting, transcription, multimedia curation, and online communities.

Rebecca holds a certificate from the Harvard Business School Executive Education Program in Managing Professional Service Firms and a Master’s Degree in Media Studies in traditional and emerging media from the New School for Social Research.

Rebecca was previously involved in managing the company’s audio and web conferencing services. Before Civicom, Rebecca served as a U.S. managing director for a major international consulting firm, Alexander & Alexander Consulting Group, now part of Aon Hewitt, for ten years. She has worked with and managed clients of all sizes and industries.

Rebecca is a specialist in audio and web-enabled communication technologies and how to apply them to research and business strategy, plus assisting clients in structuring the best approaches to successfully reaching intended audiences and achieving desired outcomes through the best use of various media.
