Social Media Listening and Analytics

Social listening platforms gather large volumes of unstructured data from across the web and use various tools to analyse, interpret and report on it. The most common features use text analytics / Natural Language Processing (NLP) to determine topics, sentiment and conversation volumes. Many platforms also ingest data from sources beyond the core ’social’ platforms – such as review sites, call centres and voice-of-customer feedback programmes.
