Chris is a Director at Trinity McQueen, where he has led its London office since launch in 2012.
He has over 20 years’ experience in research, spanning agency and client-side roles at Future Thinking, BT TV, Opodo, NetRatings and RI.
During his career he has built up expertise in both quantitative and UX research, developing new solutions and creating insights to support clients in the connected technology, telecoms and media space.
An avid promoter of using new technology to deliver better research, Chris also takes a leading role in Trinity McQueen’s products, solutions and creative developments.
