Niall has been in the insight business for more than 15 years, and has experience of more or less everything that research can throw at you; U&As, concept testing, segmentation, brand perception studies and campaign tracking, as well as desperately important work on chocolate biscuits. Before founding SketchBook, Niall was Managing Director of CrowdLab, where he pioneered the practice of mobile ethnography.

SketchBook is was founded to provide a friendly face for quant, and technology, in research. We work with brands, agencies and supplies to help them deliver integrated qual and quant projects, and strategic consultancy around mobile, quant and tech.
